技術說明

本發明提供一種以污泥製造生質燃料的方法，其包含步驟（1）分別乾燥一污泥與一農業生質廢棄物；（2）分別磨碎該污泥與該農業生質廢棄物，以獲得一污泥粉體以及一生質粉體；（3）混合該污泥粉體與該生質粉體以形成一混合粉體；（4）將該混合粉體進行壓縮成型，以獲得一粉錠；以及（5）在無氧環境下對該粉錠進行一碳化處理，以獲得一生質燃料。該農業生質廢棄物選自稻稈、椰殼或其混合物。 A method of producing biomass fuels by using sludge is disclosed. The method has steps of (1) respectively drying a sludge and a biomass waste; (2) respectively grinding the sludge and the biomass waste to obtain a sludge powder and a biomass powder; (3) mixing the sludge powder and the biomass powder to form a mixing powder; (4) performing a compression molding on the mixing powder to obtain a powder ingot; and (5) performing a carbonization treatment on the powder ingot to obtain biomass fuels. The biomass waste is selected from rice straws, coconut shells, or mixture thereof.
