用於降低高張力的訓練裝置

本發明是一種用於訓練抗痙攣的運動裝置,其包含一底座、一驅動模組、一連動組件、兩腳板及一設定裝置。驅動模組固定設置於底座,連動組件與驅動模組相連接。各個腳板的一端樞接於底座,各腳板具有一置放區,置放區用以提供使用者擺放腳。兩個腳板與連動組件相連接,各個腳板能被連動組件帶動而相對於底座旋轉。其中,驅動模組能被控制而驅動連動組件作動,而使兩個腳板反覆地相對於底座旋轉,且當任一個腳板向靠近底座的方向旋轉時,另一個腳板是向遠離底座的方向旋轉。設定裝置電性連接驅動模組,設定裝置存有至少一訓練資訊,所述訓練資訊至少包含一預定轉動次數及一預定轉動速度;設定裝置能依據所述訓練資訊,控制驅動模組而使各個腳板於一訓練循環中,以所述預定轉動速度旋轉所述預定轉動次數。 The invention is an exercise device for training anti-spasm, which comprises a base, a driving module, a linkage assembly, two foot plates and a setting device. The driving module is fixedly arranged on the base, and the linkage assembly is connected with the driving module. One end of each foot board is pivotally connected to the base, and each foot board has a placing area which is used to provide users with placing feet. The two foot plates are connected with the linkage assembly, and each foot board can be driven by the linkage assembly to rotate relative to the base. Wherein, the driving module can be controlled to drive the linkage assembly to act, so that the two foot plates rotate relative to the base repeatedly, and when any one of the foot plates rotates toward the base, the other foot plate rotates away from the base. The setting device is electrically connected to the drive module, and the setting device stores at least one training information, the training information includes at least a number of rotations and a rotation speed. The setting device can control the driving module according to the training information to make each foot plate rotate at the predetermined rotation speed for the predetermined number of rotations in a training cycle.
