技術說明

本發明係提供一種以溶凝膠技術製備Zn2(Sn1–xTix)O4白光螢光粉體之方法，本發明之白光螢光材料具有單一主體材料發白光特性，可改善既有白光材料色偏的缺點，本發明之方法設備簡單，可大幅降低製造成本；本發明製備出優異的白光螢光材料，應用於發光二極體及顯示器元件，可成為一種省電、高亮度、高效率、及低污染的綠色照明產品。 This invention discloses a sol–gel technology for preparing Zn2(Sn1–xTix)O4 white light phosphor powders. The present invention provides the white light characteristic of a single host material, and can improve the color rendering of conventional materials. The method of the invention is simple and can reduce the manufacturing cost greatly. The white light emission powder phosphors can be applied to the light emitting diode and the display devises, and can become a green lighting product with energy saving, high brightness, high efficiency and low pollution.
