轉印式奈米碳管導電薄膜的製造方法

聚乙烯醇聚合物薄膜可藉由熱壓法控制透明度與導電度。在70 °C ,100 kg/cm2熱壓條件下30分鐘,可將奈米碳管薄膜由PET上轉印至PDMS。因為PDMS表面能量較低(19.8 mJ/m2),所以可將奈米碳管轉印至其他具高表面能量的物質上,如PET (44.6 mJ/m2)、glass (47 mJ/m2),和 PMMA (41 mJ/m2)。在此,多層奈米碳管轉印至厚度為0.1mm的低密度PET表面。 A simple and direct thermo-compression method was developed for the integration of CNT mats with adjustable transparency and conductivity into the PVA polymer film in a single-step process. [11] After 30 min of mild heating at 70 °C under 100 kg/cm2, the as-prepared CNT film on the PET was transferred onto the receiving PDMS stamp. Because the PDMS has a low surface energy (19.8 mJ/m2), the availability of CNT films on PDMS stamps readily allows them to be printed onto various flat substrates with higher surface energies, such as PET (44.6 mJ/m2), glass (47 mJ/m2), and PMMA (41 mJ/m2). In this work, MWCNT mats were transferred to 0.1-mm-thick low-density PET substrates.
