技術說明

本發明提供一種埋入有機IC封裝基板之微型化集總式帶通濾波器，包含：一第一電容，具有第一平板與第二平板；一第二電容，具有第一平板與第二平板，其中該第一電容的第一平板電連接於該第二電容的第一平板；一第一電感，串聯於該第一電容的第二平板；一第二電感，串聯於該第二電容的第二平板；以及一第三電感，電連接於該第二電容的第一平板與一接地端之間。其中該微型化集總式帶通濾波器的佈局，利用該有機IC封裝基板之導體側壁間所產生的電容耦合效應形成傳輸零點。 The invention provides a miniature lumped－type bandpass filter embedded in the organic IC package substrate. The bandpass filter comprises:a first capacitor having a first slab and a second slab, a second capacitor having a first slab and a second slab, a first inductor series－connected to the second slab of the first capacitor, a second inductor series－connected to the second slab of the second capacitor, a third inductor electrically connected between the first slab of the second capacitor and a grounding terminal, wherein the first slab of the first capacitor and the first slab of the second capacitor are electrically connected. The layout of miniature lumped－type bandpass filter uses the capacitive coupling effect of the conductor sidewall of the organic IC package substrate to form transmission zeros.
