含氰基吡啶化合物以及包含其的電激發光裝置

本專利案開發以3,5-二氰基吡啶作為核心結構之雙偶極分子,將其應用於電激發光元件之有機發光材料;合適的官能基搭配與立體障礙控制,為分子放光能力、放光波長和延遲螢光性質的關鍵;3,5-二氰基吡啶擁有良好的拉電子能力和剛性,分子中二氰基的鄰位,引入含有拉電子基之結構,使材料之內部量子效率(IQE)接近100%;此外,棒狀的分子構型使材料在共蒸鍍時能水平排列於玻璃基板,促進優異的出光效率(outcoupling efficiency);這些材料所製備的電激發光元件具備高亮度、高外部量子效率(EQE)與高穩定性。/The patent discloses bipolar molecules based on3,5-pyridinedicarbonitrileacceptor and the application of organic light-emitting materials in elecotroluminescent device. The appropriate combination of the functional group and the control of steric hindrance together determine the emitting ability, the photoluminescence wavelength and the delayed emission character. The 3,5-pyridinedicarbonitrilemoieties exhibit strong electron-accepting ability and molecular rigidity. The electron-withdrawing groups are introduced at the ortho position of the dicyano, reaching nearly 100% internal quantumn efficiency. In addition, rod-like molecular structure enables material horizontally orientated on glass substate during thermal evaporation, faciliating excellent outcoupling efficiency. The elecotroluminescent devices with these materials exhibit high brightness, excellentexternal quantumn efficiencies and good stability.
