還原態觸媒的製備方法、其製備之還原態觸媒、其用途以及合成氣的製造方法

為了提升奈米粒子的催化活性以及穩定性,研究製備複合式功能奈米粒子即是目前一重要發展方向。 概念選用適合的活性金屬成份,並加入其他成分作為助觸媒以產生良好的界面金屬-擔體作用效應,可在金屬-擔體界面處發生協同反應用來提升活性及穩定性。以本申請案所採用的氣溶膠連續式製程,除了可以藉由氣相自組裝方式產生大量活性金屬與助觸媒之界面的型態之外,連續式製程中可藉由進行二次鍛燒調節其活性金屬之氧化態以對催化活性作最適化。 In order to enhance the catalytic activity and stability of nanoparticles, it is an important development direction to study the preparation of composite functional nanoparticles. The concept is to use a suitable active metal component and add other components as a promoter to produce a strong interfacial metal-support interaction. A synergistic reaction can occur at the metal-support interface to enhance activity and stability. A continuous aerosol process is proposed in the present application. In addition to form of a large amount of interface between the active metal and the promoter by gas phase self-assembly, the oxidation state of the active metal is adjusted to optimize the catalytic activity by a continuous process of the second-stage thermal treatment.
