技術說明

一種降解含氯有機物的方法，其包含步驟：提供一介質，該介質包括一含氯有機物、硫酸鹽、一脫氯菌以及一硫酸還原菌，其中該含氯有機物包含三氯乙烯，以及該脫氯菌包含一Dehalococcoides屬菌；以及施加三價鐵離子鹽類至該介質中，以抑制該硫酸還原菌的活性，進而提高該脫氯菌降解該含氯有機物的效率。 A method of degrading a chlorine-containing organic substance includes steps of: providing a medium comprising a chlorine-containing organic substance, a sulfate, a dechlorination bacteria, and a sulfate-reducing bacteria bacteria, wherein the chlorine-containing organic substance comprises trichloroethylene, and the dechlorination bacteria comprises Dehalococcoides sp.; and a ferric ion salt is applied to the medium to inhibit an activity of the sulfate-reducing bacteria, thereby improving an efficiency of dechlorination of the chlorine-containing organic substance.
