技術說明

本發明為一種適用於半導體測試產業之資源規劃與產能配置系統。此系統具備產業特性轉換模組(含有限資金運用、金錢時間價值、訂單接單選擇、多機台同步配置生產、非等效機台取得與生產規劃、多生產規劃週期)、人工智慧演化模組、與不可行規劃案修復模組。利用此一方法可快速且有效解決半導體測試產業資源規劃與產能配置問題，並協助半導體測試企業獲致更佳的利潤。 本發明所提出的應用於半導體測試產業資源規劃與產能分派系統。專利範圍包括： 1. 一個產業特性轉換模組 2. 一個不可行規劃案修復模組 3. 一個人工智慧演化模組 This invention is regarding a system for resource planning and capacity allocation in semiconductor-testing industry. The proposed system contains three modules: characteristics transformation module (including finite budget sub-module, capital time value sub-module, order selection sub-module, multiple resources allocation sub-module, non-parallel machines acquisition and production planning sub-module, multiple production planning period sub-module), artificial intelligence module, and infeasible alternatives repair module. As compared existing, our proposed system is more advanced and can solve resource planning and capacity allocation efficiently and achieve higher business profit.
