技術說明

由經建會全國人口推計表結果顯示，民國109年全國老化比達139.8，較民國99年的68.4高出許多，顯示出我國正朝向無可避免的人口老化趨勢，加上我國主要是以工業生產為主的國家，每年有許多屆齡65歲之從業人員退休，在沒有從事生產活動，使得沒有運動習慣的老年人，加速骨骼肌的流失，使肌力下降或造成肌肉萎縮，如何讓老年人能就近使用肌力強化之設備，減緩肌力下降的速度，為本專利之研究目的。本專利提出以水為阻力流體，改善以油為阻力流體若洩漏可能對環境造成之傷害，搭配可調變流量之球塞閥組，作為本器材之阻力來源，再搭配傳動機構，發展出可調變阻力大小之戶外運動器材，改善一般無阻力式器材對肌群之訓練效果。 According to the population prediction table from our government, the aging percentage will reach 139.8 in 2020. This value is much higher than 68.4 in 2010, and also reveals that inevitably our country is in the process of entering aging. Moreover, Taiwan is a industrial country. When the labors retire from their occupation, and do have good fitness behaviors, the strength of muscle will decreases, or even atrophy. Therefore, the aim of this patent is to develop a fitness equipment to improve the muscle strength of the elderly, and to slow down the decreasing of strength. This patent uses water as the resistance fluid, and can be environmental friendly as compares to oil leakage during the operation. This patent also employs a ball plug valve block to adjust the variable resistance, together with the transfer mechanism, a fitness facility equipped with rotary reciprocating cam and hydraulic resistance is developed, and the effect of muscle training for elderly can also well elevated.
