技術說明

一種用於微型檢測的流動槽，可利用複數插置於本發明的感測元件檢測所承載的待測液體，包含由下往上依序疊置的基座、第一結合座及第二結合座。第一結合座包括複數檢測單元，每一檢測單元具有由底面凹陷的凹陷部、連通該凹陷部的入液流道及出液流道。該等凹陷部與基座相配合界定出複數供感測元件放置的感測槽。第二結合座包括連通該等檢測單元的連結流道及供待測液體注入及排出的入液口及出液口。待測液體從該入液口經由該等流道流入該等檢測槽，使該等感測元件位於相同待測環境中，而使每一感測元件同時得到所欲搜集的精確的電信號。 A flow tank for micro-detection comprising a layered structure forming a substrate, the first combining base, and the second combining base by sequentially could detect a testing liquid by using sensor elements. The first combining base includes inspection units, and every inspection unit includes a recessed portion recessing from bottom and an import channel and an export channel which both connect the said recessed portion. The said recessed portion, the substrate and the first combining base bound a flow tank to put the said sensor elements. The second combining base includes connecting channels which connect the said inspection units and an entrance and an exit injected with the testing liquid. The said testing liquid flows into the said flow tank from the entrance and the said channels, and makes the said sensor elements in the same environment to get accurate electric signals.
