慢性病患者使用之最適化運動決策裝置及其操作方法/Personalize Exercise Decision-Making Device and Manipulating Method for Patients with Chronic Diseases

本發明結合臨床實證統合結果與照護專業知識,研發一套全方位個人化運動決策載具,根據使用者即時生理參數的量測及個人資料進行評估,透過運動決策系統,自動判斷與提供客製化運動訓練建議,並具有即時監測、互動式回饋與提醒之功能,特別可運用於心血管疾病族群進行居家運動之使用者。本裝置亦可透過無線傳輸功能將使用者運動結果上傳至特定雲端空間,提供使用者健康自我管理,臨床照護人員亦可即時讀取病患之資訊,並提供專業運動諮詢服務,因此本裝置結合運動前評估,個人化運動決策,即時運動監測及互動式回饋功能,是一套全方位的健康加值輔助系統。 We integrate professional knowledge and data on meta-analysis from RCTs related to exercise interventions, to develop an exercise apparatus which can be utilized by users who have coronary artery disease. Users of this apparatus can enter their personal information through the panel and the detector of the device can measure the individual physiological data. Decision making system of this apparatus will automatically integrate personal information and tailor a customize exercise program. During each exercise session, it will provide real-time monitor and feedback to the user. It can store the exercise progress to cloud space, users can log-in to check personalized exercise records for health self-management purposes. The health professionals can log-in to give instant feedback and provide exercise consultation. The present device is the first invent device which comprise all directional functions on pre-exercise assessment, automatic exercise decision making, and interactive feedback.
