雷射車燈及應用其之夜視系統

具備高指向性及高輝度優勢的雷射照明是繼 LED 照明之後,最新崛起的下一世代光源,本技術最主要就是將雷射光源應用於汽車頭燈照明系統,所提出之雷射頭燈設計新概念,係兼具白光與紅外線照明之雷射照明整合模組,可進一步結合夜視輔助系統應用在智慧雷射頭燈。一般而言,近光燈為避免眩光產生,投射距離不能過遠,然而紅外線照明因人眼不易察覺因此投射距離無此限制。本技術主要的核心元件是混光型導光柱和反射式遠程陶瓷螢光片,其中螢光片結合於混光型導光柱一端。透過混光型導光柱的全反射特性可使準值的雷射光源從螢光片另一端的輸出端耦合進入並傳輸到螢光片;螢光片被激發發光後,其光再一次透過混光型導光柱傳輸到輸出端,在輸出端提供一個均勻的光分布。從混光型導光柱輸出端出射的光即可以被直接使用或者結合成像或非成像系統做進一步的配光。本技術之雷射紅外線照明投射距離可達 550 公尺,為現今近光燈規定的 3.7 倍遠。 Laser due to the advantage like high directivity and high brightness to become a new generation light source. This technology benefits applies laser to automotive headlight systems. In this project, we proposed a new concept for laser headlight design, which combines white light and infrared illumination, could be further integrated night vision assist function into the smart laser headlights. In general, the low beam to avoid glare, projection distance cannot be too far, but the infrared ray because the human eye is not easy to detect so there is no limit to the projection distance. This technology presented a laser-based light engine that uses a light pipe design in combination with the reflective type remote phosphor. The total internal reflection characteristic of the mixing light pipe is used to allow the collimated laser light beam to be coupled from the output end to the phosphor end. Once the phosphor plate is excited and starting to emit light, a uniform distribution of light is provided at the output end. The light emerging from the output end of the mixing light guide will then be used directly, or is combined with an imaging or imaging optics for further transmission of light. Here, the infrared laser illumination of our design can be projected up to 550 meters; it is 3.7 times compared to the low beam.
