技術說明

本發明係提供一種微波輔助萃取微藻油脂系統，其包括有︰一微波反應元件、一可被施予微波且設於該微波反應元件內的萃取器，該萃取器內部具有內、外二層且可使微波穿透，該外層連通上、下管可通入冷凝水，進行萃取器之冷卻，該內層包括一反應槽、一進料口以及一排料口；以及一與該進料口連通的混合液槽、一與該排料口連通的物料收集槽及一使萃取器快速降低溫度的冷凝單元。前述系統能縮短微藻油脂萃取時間，並提高萃取效率，以低成本設備有效率地達成之連續式運作方法適合應用於工業製程，以玆微藻油脂之工業上大量萃取。 The invention is to provide a microwave-assisted extraction system for microalgae lipid. The system includes a microwave reaction unit and an extraction bottle set in the reaction unit; the extraction bottle has two layers, outside and inside, and allows the microwave to penetrate into the extraction chamber. The outside layer connects with a top and a bottom tube, and the cooling water can circulate to chill the extraction bottle. The inside layer froms an extraction chamber and includes the inlet and outlet openings. The system also contains the solution supplied tank linked to the inlet openings, the collection tank connected to the outlet openings, and the condensing unit used to rapidly drop temperature of the extraction chamber. The above system could reduce the extraction time of microalgae lipid, and increase the extraction efficiency.
