技術說明

本發明所揭一種以核殼蛋白為標的之抗流感藥物之檢測方法，包含有下列步驟：a、取一待檢測物；b、調配一預定濃度之核殼蛋白溶液，置入一多孔裝置內；c、將該待檢測物加入該含有核殼蛋白溶液之多孔裝置中，形成一混合物；d、測定該混合物之螢光強度，用以派定該待檢測物是否具有與核殼蛋白結合之能力。此外，本發明另揭一種以流感病毒核殼蛋白為標的之抗流感藥物檢測套組，具有一載具，一預定濃度之核殼蛋白溶液，加於該載具中。 The present invention is a method for the screening of the anti-flu drugs targeting to the nucleocapsidprotein of influenza virus A, including the following steps: step a. taking a inspected compound; step b. building the N protein with buffer added into the multi-wells device; step c. adding the inspected compound into the multi-wells device containing the N protein with buffer, forming a mixture; step d. screening the tryptophan fluorescence quench of the mixture. In addition, the present invention is a kit for the screening of the anti-flu drugs, including a bearing device, a solution with the N protein, added into the bearing device.
