工具機支撐重心評估方法METHOD FOR DETERMINING LOCATIONS OF SUPPORTING POINTS FOR A MACHINE TOOL

工具機地腳位置之優化技術為工具機產業極欲開發之技術,希望能將地腳位置設計技術軟體化應用於廠內,以快速高效率、標準化流程等優點取代原本傳統人力比較法。本專利採用反應曲面法(Response surface methodology, RSM),考慮符合加工情況下試驗點的極限位置,在設計空間內選取靜力學分析試驗點。利用ANSYS Workbench參數化分析,對試驗點進行有限元素靜力分析,針對底座導軌的變形量提取響應值,建立反應結構設計輸入與輸出關係的底座導軌處變形二階響應面模型。最後利用遺傳基因演算法尋求最小值,得到三點支撐最佳化位置。 Optimization technology for three-point support locating of machine tool has become what the industries are aiming at actively. There are many designers expect the optimized design method of machine tool support positions can be applied to the plant in high efficiency and standardization process to replace the conventional testing. First, consider the limit position of the test point in the case of processing; the test points of static analysis are selected in the design space using Response Surface Methodology (RSM). Second, the finite element model is analyzed using ANSYS Workbench parametric analysis. The deformation of the sideways are calculated for modeling second-order response surface model. Finally, find the minimum value of second-order response surface model using the genetic algorithm; get the optimal locating of three-point supports.
