技術說明

空載影像具有良好的地物邊界線，而光達點雲含有準確的高程資訊，透過航照影像以及光達點雲皆可用於重建房屋模型。傳統在建立房屋模型，多數為人工量測立體像對以建立，抑或為半自動方式建立，在建立不全之處給予人工補強，而光達點雲因邊界不明確，難以確定邊界線位置。然而，房屋形狀複雜，特別是屋頂面斜度緩使得其難以被區分亦或屋頂結構線複雜難以自動產生。因此，本技術提出自動房屋屋頂面搜尋法，即以不限定屋頂面斜度的方法，產生屋頂面，在房屋結構線之部分，利用明銳的影像以建出線段，進而重建房屋模型。 Aerial imagery has good definition of object edges and lidar point clouds explicitly record the 3D information of scanned object points. Both the aerial imagery and lidar pint clouds can be used to reconstruct the building models. In the early stage, the coordinates of building models were generated manually with stereoscopic plotting instruments or semi-automatically with plotting the insufficient parts. Since the object edges are vague in the lidar point clouds, the edges are difficult to recognize. However, buildings are diverse and complex. Especially, building roof planes are difficult to be extracted and the roof structure lines are complicated to be generated automatically. Therefore, this study proposed the method of progressive searching of roof planes to derive the roof plane without restrict the slope of roof plane and to reconstruct the building lines with the obvious lines in the imagery.
