非均勻相共沸蒸餾方法

本發明提出一種非均勻相共沸蒸餾方法,適用於一蒸餾塔,所述蒸餾塔包含第一蒸餾區與第二蒸餾區,第一蒸餾區位於第二蒸餾區上方。所述非均勻相共沸蒸餾方法包含:提供混合物,所述混合物包含甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲醇與水;所述混合物自第一蒸餾區進料;以65oC至106oC之溫度蒸餾混合物;取出位於第一蒸餾區之末端之液相流體;冷卻此液相流體而形成富水相溶液與富有機相溶液;輸送富有機相溶液回至第一蒸餾區之末端中。本非均勻相共沸蒸餾方法僅需使用單一個蒸餾塔即可獲得高純度的甲基丙烯酸甲酯,大幅減少設備成本及廠房佔地面積。 A heterogeneous azeotropic distillation method, which requires only one distillation column is provided. The distillation column includes a first distillation section and a second distillation section. The first distillation section is on top of the second section. In the disclosed heterogeneous azeotropic distillation method, a mixture which includes methyl methacrylate, methanol, and water is transported into the distilling tower. The mixture is distilled at a temperature between 65oC and 106oC. A liquid stream in the end of the first section is drawn out and cooled down to form a water-rich phase and an organic-rich phase. Then, the organic-rich phase is transported back to the end of the first distillation section. In the heterogeneous azeotropic distillation method, only one distillation column is needed to obtain a high-purity methyl methacrylate. Hence the cost of the equipments and the floor space of plant site are both reduced.
