技術說明

韌性陶瓷材料(A kind of toughened ceramics materials)本發明係關於一種韌性陶瓷材料，特別是一種能夠將至少一種硼化物及一種耐火金屬或是至少兩種硼化物、至少一種碳化物及一種耐火金屬進 行加熱熔煉形成為一具有高韌性的純陶瓷結構。(A kind of toughened ceramics materials that are made from at least one boride and one refractory metal, or from at least two borides, at least one carbide, and one refractory metal, is heated and melted to the said toughened ceramics materials, in which the melting produces a series of reactions among the refractory metal, the borides, and the carbide so that the metal phase of the refractory metal disappear after the melting and form the said toughened ceramics materials.)
