技術說明

本發明係有關一種滾珠螺旋連續曲線多層減速傳動裝置，尤指一種兼具體積小之高速比的滾珠螺旋連續曲線多層減速傳動裝置、解決現有變速裝置遇到的在空間限制之下無法提供高減(增)速比的問題，多層軸向及徑向的變速方式，可在多層的串聯之下產生多乘積效果之變速比，利用創新設計之連續非擺線曲線, 並結合哥德牙的溝槽形狀使鋼珠與溝槽能有最佳接觸，並可隨變速模組之增加而提高減速比、應用範圍廣與提高傳動剛性與減少傳動誤差效果之滾珠螺旋連續曲線多層減速傳動裝置。 This invention is related to a continuous curve ball screw multilayer reduction drive device, especially one with small volume of high speed than the ball screw continuous curve of multilayer reduction drive device, the axial and radial mode of variable speed, can be produced under multi-level series variable speed ratio, the product effect of using the innovation design of the non-cycloid curve in a row, can increase with the increase of transmission module of reduction ratio, wide application range and improve the effect of transmission stiffness and reduce the transmission error of ball screw continuous curve multilayer reduction drive device.
