電動腳踏車用之可調電阻式電磁煞車制動裝置

本發明係有關一種電動腳踏車用之可調電阻式電磁煞車制動裝置,其包括一三相動力部、一電子控制部、一電能供應部、一可調式負載部及一動力/煞車切換部。三相動力部可於驅動電動腳踏車行進與輔助電動腳踏車煞車兩動作間變換。電子控制部反覆產生三相動力部轉動之電磁阻力達到電磁煞車。電能供應部推動三相動力部驅動電動腳踏車;可調式負載部用以調整電磁煞車之強弱;動力/煞車切換部並聯於電子控制部、電能供應部與可調式負載部之間,並可於一動力模式位置與一煞車模式位置間變換;分別用以驅動電動腳踏車與輔助電磁煞車。故,本案達到兼具可調式電子輔助煞車效果佳、可延長裝置壽命、按壓自動切換相當方便,與電子式設計無需變更原有電動腳踏車之機械結構等優點。 This invention relates to an electro-magnetic braking device with adjustable electrical resistance for electrical bicycles. It includes a three-phase motor, an electronic controller, an electrical energy supplying portion, an adjustable load portion and a power/braking switching device. The three-phase motor has two operating modes, namely an electrical bicycle’s driving mode and an electrical bicycle’s braking mode. The electronic controller can produce the resisting force against the three-phase motor repeatedly so as to achieve the electro-magnetic braking effect. The electrical energy supplying portion is able to make the three-phase motor driving. The adjustable load portion can be adjusted for control the braking force. The power/braking switching device is able to switch to the electrical bicycle’s driving mode or the electrical bicycle’s braking mode, so that it can drive the bicycle moving by electric power or make it slowing down by electro-magnetic braking.
