技術說明

本發明是有關於一種頻率合成器與其再生式除頻電路，特別是有關於一種可同時提供多頻帶正交分頻多工超寬頻(MB-OFDM UWB)標準和802.11a/b/g/n/ac無線區域網（Wireless LAN；WLAN）共用之頻率合成器與其再生式除頻電路。本發明有特殊的頻率規話表及因應頻率合成所需的特殊除頻器電路架構。 本發明之一方面是在提供於一種頻率合成器與其再生式除頻電路。此再生式除頻電路可產生7128 百萬赫茲(MHz)的訊號，以使得採用此再生式除頻電路之射頻頻率合成器實現MB-OFDM UWB標準和802.11a/b/g/n/ac WLAN之收發器的電路共用，並縮小射頻頻率合成器所佔的面積。本發明可以減少MIMO通訊系統所需要的面積。 This invention concerns about a kind of frequency synthesizer and its related regenerative frequency divider. Especially, it is related to a electric circuit which can provide the needs of a co-existance MB-OFDM UWB and 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wireless LAN frequency synthesizer and regenerative frequency divider. This invention consists of a special frequency plane and a special circuit architecture of frequency divider. The regenerative frequency divider can generate a signal at the frequency of 7128 MHz, such that the frequency synthesizer can generate the desired frequencies for MB-OFDM UWB and 802.11a/b/g/n/ac WLAN transceiver use. This circuit in this invention can reduce the area consumption of a MIMO communication system.
