技術說明

本發明揭示一種濾波器及其等效濾波電路，濾波器包括一基板、至少一傳輸線及一參考導體；傳輸線設置在基板之一第一表面，參考導體設置在基板的一第二表面；參考導體包括一槽狀式結構，槽狀式結構包括一框體部、一槽狀部及一鏤空部；槽狀部環繞著框體部的周圍，而鏤空部形成在框體部中；至少一阻抗單元設置在框體部上或連接在框體部及參考導體之間；在傳輸線、槽狀式結構、參考導體及阻抗單元間形成一濾波器的等效濾波電路，藉此，等效濾波電路利用阻抗單元吸收一特定頻率之雜訊，以避免雜訊進行反射而影響到訊號傳輸的品質。 The invention discloses a filter device and an equivalent filter circuit thereof. The filter device comprises a substrate, at least one transmission line, and a reference conductor having a slotted structure. The transmission line is configured on a first surface of the substrate, and the reference conductor is configured on a second surface of the substrate. The slotted structure comprises a frame body part, a slotted-shaped part, and a hollow part. The slotted-shaped part surrounds the frame body part, and the hollow part is formed in the frame body part. At least one impedance unit is configured on the frame body part, or connected between the frame body part and the reference conductor. An electromagnetic coupling is generated between the transmission line, the slotted structure, the reference conductor, and the impedance unit to form the equivalent filter circuit. Thereby, an electromagnetic noise at a specific frequency may be absorbed by the impedance unit of the equivalent filter circuit so as to avoid the electromagnetic noise reflected to affect the quality of a signal transmitted on the transmission line.
