人工智慧心臟急性病發預警的方法

一種人工智慧心衰竭發病預警系統及方法,透過使用者穿戴一感測裝置進行心臟電訊號及心臟體表瓣膜震動訊號的測量,並傳送至一處理系統,透過該處理系統內部設有之一自動辨識演算軟件辨識出特徵點,再由該處理系統計算出特徵值,再以特徵值計算出生理標記後,上傳位於雲端平台的機器學習機以建立預測模型,再依據各因子不同的影響綜合機率加權運算的演算形成一人工智慧專家系統,使該人工智慧專家系統能自動判讀發生心衰竭的可能性,藉此提供心衰竭的事前預警、風險評估及回報使用者或醫療端。 A system and method for the detection and early warning of heart failure events by artificial intelligence technique. This system can measure electrical and vibrational signals on body surface through a sensing device worn by user. These signals were then transmitted to a processing system for feature points identification by automatic identification algorithm and software. After that, feature values and physiological markers were then calculated and uploaded to the extreme learning machine expert system on cloud computation platform to establish a risk prediction model. With different weighting manipulation for all the affected factors, the artificial intelligence expert system with compound weighted probability value for risk potential estimation of heart failure events will be calculated. This artificial intelligence expert system can be used for patient or medical staff as an early detection, early risk prediction, and early warning feedback unit for heart failure events.
