具磁性齒輪之永磁發電機

本發明中針對一般再生能源機械能量多具有低速與高扭力之特性,設計輸入端為具有較大半徑多極對之永磁外環,透過中間層固定之調磁軛鐵環將動能轉換為磁能以帶動內層具有較少磁極對之永磁磁環,達到加速及能量傳遞之效果。而此一內層高速運轉之永磁磁環再將此一高速運轉之磁能傳遞至內部定子線圈以感應電能輸出,達到整合齒輪加速及動能/電能轉換機構為一體,實現機械動能磁能電能轉換的目標。由於高速磁環一方面因轉速較高具有較大之離心力,另一方面亦因單一磁極之機械弧度較大,本發明中提出了利用雙層夾式永磁組合方式,利用上下兩片永磁其相互間的磁吸力以抵銷部分離心力,同時再採取多組小弧度平行充磁之永磁以取代單組大弧度需徑向充磁之永磁組合,不但可大幅降低製造成本亦可提昇磁化性能,大大地提昇了此一創新系統架構之可應用性及競爭性。 Based on the low-speed and large-torque characteristics of renewable energy sources, a PM outer ring multi pole-pair structure with larger radius for the mechanical energy input is designed. The kinetic energy is converted to magnetic one to convey to the inner PM ring through the fixed middle layer cage type iron yoke, such that the inner PM ring with less pole pairs can be speed up. The inside stator pole windings are linked by the high-speed rotating magnetic field to produce the output voltage. This invention developed a small-arc multi-piece parallel magnetized PM to replace the single large-arc PM one, such that both the costs can be reduced and the magnetizing characteristics can be improved. By using two-layer PM pieces, the centrifugal force can also be much alleviated by the attraction forces between those two PMs. Such innovations can thus have wide applicability for renewable energy harvesting and high competitive in the energy conversion system market.
