技術說明

本發明提出一種鋰離子電池正極及其製作方法。其鋰離子電池正極包含一極板，其披覆一正極材料層，正極材料層包含至少一正極材料。首先將至少一正極材料進行表面活化後，再披覆一層金屬赤血鹽微晶材料(Prussian Blue)於至少一正極材料之表面，該層金屬赤血鹽微晶材料更可披覆於正極材料層之外層，該披覆製程可分為塗佈方式或電沉積方式單獨施行，或是串聯兩方式施行，即完成鋰離子電池正極。因此本發明能增進其反應速度，有效增加充放電速率以及電容量，並加強其充電循環以及高溫下的穩定性，避免鋰離子電池效能的衰弱，大幅增進鋰離子電池正極之效益。 The present invention relates to a lithium ion battery cathodes and manufacturing method thereof. The lithium ion battery cathodes include an electrode, the electrode is coated with a cathode materials, and then a layer of PB(Prussian Blue) coating is applied on the cathode materials, including surface coating, electrodeposition, or both of these methods. The present invention can improve the charge and discharge rate, the capacity, the cycling and thermal stability, reduce the weakness of the lithium-ion battery performance, and enhance the effectiveness of the lithium ion battery cathodes.
