技術說明

一種含活性酯之壓克力單體，具有如式(I)或式(II)所示之一結構，含活性酯之壓克力單體或其聚合物可作為環氧樹脂的固化劑，藉此，可避免固化過程中產生高極性二級醇，有利於提升固化物的介電性質並維持優良的熱性質。 An active ester-containing acrylate monomer has a structure represented by Formula (I) or Formula (II). The active ester-containing acrylate monomer or a polymer thereof can be used as a curing agent of epoxy resins. As such, the generation of secondary alcohols with high polarity during the curing process can be prevented, which is favorable for improving the dielectric property and maintaining the thermal property of the resulting thermoset.
