技術說明

一種機械瓣膜裝置，包含一環形框架及一對瓣膜板。該環形框架界定出一開口，且形成一對縱向導槽，每一縱向導槽具有反向的一上端及一下端。該等瓣膜板設置於該環形框架上且可相配合封閉該開口，該等瓣膜板相互樞接且繞一轉軸轉動，該轉軸可在該等縱向導槽之上端及該下端之間移動，該等瓣膜板可相對於該環形框架在一閉合位置與一開啟位置之間移動。在閉合位置時，該等瓣膜板相配合封閉該開口，該轉軸位於該等縱向導槽之上端，而在開啟位置時，該等瓣膜板開啟該開口，該轉軸位在該等縱向導槽之下端。 A mechanical heart valve apparatus comprises a loop-shaped frame and a pair of leaflets. The loop-shaped frame defines an aperture, and is formed with a pair of longitudinal guiding slots. Each longitudinal guiding slot has a top end and a bottom end. The leaflets are mounted on the loop-shaped frame, and cooperate with each other to cover the aperture. The leaflets are pivoted to each other, and are rotatable relative to each other about a rotation axis. The leaflets are movable between a closed position and an opened position relatively to the loop-shaped frame. In the closed position, the leaflets cover the aperture, and the rotation axis is registered with the top ends of the longitudinal guiding slots. In the opened position, the leaflets uncover the aperture, and the rotation axis is registered with the bottom ends of the longitudinal guiding slots.
