技術說明

本專利提出一新穎的高升壓型轉換器，其中包含一多繞組耦合電感及一電荷幫浦來提升電壓轉換比，本架構並不需要高的責任比及匝數比即可達到高升壓之目的，由於電荷幫浦與耦合電感之其中一繞組串聯，於電容充電時所造成的電流突波可以被此線圈所抑制，因此，電荷幫浦的壽命得以延長。除此之外，儲存於耦合電感之漏感的能量可以回收至輸出端，所以並不會對開關造成電壓突波，本專利採用FPGA為控制核心，最後藉由實驗結果驗證其有效性。 In this patent, a novel high step-up converter is presented, containing a multi-winding coupled inductor and a charge pump capacitor. Since the charge pump capacitor is connected in series with a coupled inductor, the surge current caused by the capacitor charging can be reduced, thereby causing the life of the capacitor to be prolonged. Above all, the energy stored in the leakage inductance of the coupled inductor can be recycled to the output, thus making the voltage spike on the switch reduced. Besides, some experimental results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed converter.
