技術說明

本發明係指一種超音波驅動系統，其可以運用於小型運輸工具上或運用於光機電系統上；該超音波驅動系統係由基座、壓電陶瓷片、轉子、彈性元件、緊置元件與軸桿所組成；其特徵在於：該壓電陶瓷片可以貼附在基座之兩端的上面與側面上，而該轉子、彈性元件與緊置元件可以透過軸桿分別裝設在基座之兩端；操作時，只要對壓電陶瓷片施以適當的驅動頻率、相角與電壓，即可驅動轉子旋轉。本發明主要目的係希望提供一種結構簡單之超音波驅動系統，讓超音波驅動系統之組裝較為便捷與有效率。 本發明另一目的係希望提供一種振動與散熱效果佳之超音波驅動系統，讓操作中的超音波驅動系統可以產生較高的振動位移以及不會產生高溫。 本發明最後目的係希望提供一種用途廣之超音波驅動系統，該驅動系統可以運用於小型運輸工具上或運用於小型光機電系統上。 The present invention refers to an ultrasonic driving system, which can be used to small conveyance or optical electro-mechanical systems.
