奈米碳材分散方法、分散液及因該分散方法而得之奈米碳材DISPERSION METHOD OF CARBON NANO MATERIALS, DISPERSION,AND DISPERSION OF NANO CARBON MATERIALS

一種奈米碳材分散方法、分散液及因該分散方法而得之奈米碳材,是藉由非共價鍵與非有機溶液修飾的方式,以奈米顆粒來分散奈米碳材於水溶液中,奈米碳材被帶有高正電荷的二氧化鈦奈米顆粒直接分散於水溶液中,且並沒有將多層壁碳管的表面官能基化,是一種簡單且快速能將奈米碳材分散開來。經由穿透式電子顯微鏡及原子力顯微鏡的微觀表面形貌分析,可以確定帶正電荷二氧化鈦奈米顆粒確實可圍繞於奈米碳材之上,且可有效的將奈米碳材彼此間分散開來。 A Dispersion method of carbon nano materials, Dispersion, and Dispersion of nano carbon materials, it relates a novel noncovalent and inorganic method was used to disperse MWCNTs in aqueous solution. MWCNTs were directly dispersed into highly charged titanium dioxide nanoparticles aqueous solution without functionalization of their surfaces. The dispersed MWCNTs was characterized by transmission electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. A series of experiments were carried out with the aid of ultrasonic agitation for 1.5 hr in order to investigeate the effects of solution pH value, amount of alumina-coated silica nanoparticles in aqueous solution, and amount of MWCNTs dispersed in aqueous solution.
