在此揭露者為如式(I)之化合物及包含該些化合物之醫藥組合物。式(I)之化合物為嗜中性白血球發炎抑制劑，該些化合物可用於治療以及/或預防發炎疾病以及/或與異常嗜中性白血球發炎活化相關的疾病，例如成人呼吸窘迫症(adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS))、急性肺損傷(acute lung injury (ALI))、慢性肺阻塞(chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD))、肺纖維化、肝臟損傷、脂肪性肝炎、肝纖維化、缺血再灌流損傷、心肌梗塞、休克、中風、器官移植、 血管炎(vasculitis)、系統性紅斑狼瘡(systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE))、敗血(sepsis)、系統性發炎反應症候群(systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS))、關節炎、乾癬、異位性皮膚炎及發炎性皮膚病。 Disclosed herein are compounds of formula (I), and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same. The compounds of formula (I) are neutrophilic inflammation inhibitors, thus, they are useful for treatment and/or prophylaxis of inflammatory diseases and/or disorders associated with abnormal activation of neutrophils, such as ARDS, ALI, COPD, lung fibrosis, chronic bronchitis, pulmonary emphysema, α-1 anti-trypsin deficiency, cystic fibrosis, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, liver injury, steatohepatitis, liver fibrosis, damages caused by ischemia and reperfusion, myocardial infarction, shock, stroke, and organ transplantation, ulcerative cholitis, vasculitis, SLE, sepsis, SIRS, arthritis, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and inflammatory skin diseases.
