技術說明

一種管材液壓複合成形系統用以使一管材成形，其包含一下模具、一上模具、一第一軸向推桿、一第二軸向推桿及一徑向推桿。該上模具及該下模具之間形成一模穴，該管材設置於該模穴中，該第一軸向推桿插設於該管材之一第一端，該第二軸向推桿插設於該管材之一第二端，該第一軸向推桿、該第二軸向推桿及該管材之一內部空間形成一加壓空間，該加壓空間中容置有一加壓液體，且該加壓液體被加壓至一第一壓力，該徑向推桿提供該上模具一徑向推力，使該上模具朝向該下模具閉模，且於該上模具閉模的同時，該加壓液體逐漸由該第一壓力上升至一第二壓力，其中該第二壓力大於該第一壓力。該複合成形系統可降低成形壓力，並使成形後之管材厚度均一。 A tube hydraulic compound forming system for shaping a tube,the system includes a lower die,an upper die,a first axial pushrod,a second axial pushrod and a radial pushrod.A cavity formed between the upper die and the lower die,and the tube is disposed at the cavity.The first axial pushrod is inserted on a first end of the tube,and the second axial pushrod is inserted on a second end of the tube,wherein a pressurization space is formed between the first axial pushrod,the second axial pushrod and an inner space of the tube.There is a liquid accommodated in the pressurization space,and the liquid is pressed to a first pressure.The radial pushrod provides a radial force to the upper die to make the upper die closed toward the lower die,wherein when the upper die closing,the liquid is pressed to a second pressure from a first pressure,and the second pressure is larger than the first pressure.
