一種使用卷積類神經網路篩檢乾眼症之淚膜破裂時間測量方法,淚膜穩定性是乾眼症的重要指標,其中最重要的檢測是淚膜破裂試驗,指測量淚膜維持完整到破裂所需的時間,目前使用螢光染劑評估淚膜的穩定性,並且以醫師目測判讀為主,本發明以智慧型淚膜破裂判讀以自動化的方式判別淚膜破裂,達到自動客觀的評估淚膜穩定的情況。 Tear Film Break-Up Time Measurement Using Deep Convolutional Neural Networks for Screening Dry Eye Disease. Tear film stability is an important indicator for dry eye diagnosis. The most important tear film stability test is the fluorescent tear film break up time test, which refers to the time required to maintain the integrity of the tear film until it breaks, and the doctors judged the interpretation mainly. At present, fluorescent tear film break up time test is measured manually. This invention using the Artificial Intelligence to measure the tear film break up time automatically.
