技術說明

一種微藻監測系統，用於監測一容器內的微藻，包含一吸收光感測單元、一葉綠素螢光感測單元，及一控制單元。主要是以 該吸收光感測單元偵測通過該微藻液且包含至少二種以上特徵波段光的光強度，及以該葉綠素螢光感測單元偵測該微藻液的螢光光強度，最後，該控制單元會以前述光強度、螢光光強度為檢測數據，計算前述微藻針對每一特徵波段光的吸收值，及釋放的葉綠素相關參數。藉此，以多種特徵波段光的吸收值及葉綠素相關參數，可以量測微藻的葉綠素活性、含量，及其他色素含量，進而提升評估微藻細胞濃度與生長狀況時的準確性。 This invention is a microalgae monitoring system for monitor the growth conditions of microalgae cultivation. The system includes a sample chamber, for receiving the suspension of microalgal cells, an absorbance measuring module for measuring the optical absorbance intensity of microalgal cells, a chlorophyll fluorescence measuring module for measuring the chlorophyll fluorescence of microalgal cells, a microchip for treating the electrical signal obtained from absorbance measuring module and chlorophyll fluorescence measuring module as the available data, and a display interface for displaying the produced date from the microchip.
