本項發明提供一種將外界傳給一結構體的振動由一介面機構加以隔離而減低結構體振動的方法,其中該介面機構允許其上兩個點作相對移動,而結構物與外界基礎分別與該兩點結合。該介面機構包含下列功能元件:(a)垂直方向之支承以及水平方向的滑動機構。(b)提供回彈力之機構,以確保結構物在外來擾動移去後,回到允許的位置範圍內。(c) 提供消能能力之機構,以降低介面機構兩端之最大位移量。本項發明可作為結構或設備隔減振之用,若與傳統滑動隔振系統比較,本項發明具有下列優異性:(1) 由於隔震系統各項功能係分開運作,在大地震作用下行為乃較易掌握,減少設計與分析之困難度。(2) 隔震摩擦係數極低,上傳地震力小。(3)消能機制非由摩擦力而是由獨立的阻尼元件所提供,故可採用任何型式之阻尼元件,並可任意調整阻尼係數至最佳值。(4)因具有防止隔震系統脫離結構基礎之裝置,在垂直地震力作用下穩定性高。 By providing a sliding interface, the proposed system can isolate or mitigate the vibration of a structure induced by excitation sources. The sliding interface allows a relative motion between two points that are located on the opposite sides of the sliding interface. The proposed system can be used for vibration isolation of structures, equipment or facility. When compared with the traditional sliding isolation system, the proposed system has the following new features: (1) Since each function of the system mentioned above operates separately, they can be easily analysis, design and fabricated. (2) The frictional coefficient of sliding interface can be extremely small. (3) The energy dissipation capacity is provided by effective damping devices not by friction. (4) A mechanism preventing up-lifting or separation of the structure from its foundation.
