技術說明

本發明提供一種分離自餵食褐藻多醣之淡水長腳大蝦（Macrobrachium rosenbergii）肝胰臟的梅奇酵母菌（Metschnikowia bicuspidate）菌株RS550和LL58。經過一連串測定得知其具有益生菌的特性，包括:對蝦子不具致病力，其胞外液能抑制致病菌，餵食蝦子後的易感性下降及免疫活性增加。因此，此兩菌株除了可以做為淡水蝦的益生菌外，也可應用於其他水產養殖生物。此外，本發明另提供一種含有前述菌株的組合物以及其用途。 The invention products are two yeast (Metschnikowia bicuspidate) strains RS550 and LL58 isolated from hepatopancreas of fucoidan-fed Freshwater Prawn (Macrobrachium rosenbergii). By a series of assays, they have probiotic characteristics: they are non-pathogenic for shrimp, the extracellular fluid from both strains can inhibit pathogens of shrimp, and the reduction of susceptibility and the induction of immune activity of prawns were detected after feeding the two strains. Therefore, the two strains can be used as probiotics to enhance the resistance of freshwater prawns, but also applicable to other organisms in aquaculture. Further, the present invention further provides a composition comprising the above strains and their use.
