鹵化物材料及包含該鹵化物材料之光學單元和光電元件

【中文】 本發明主要揭示一種化學式為ArMAX的鹵化物材料,其可與鹵化甲脒及金屬鹵化物一同製成一光學薄膜,從而應用在例如鈣鈦礦發光二極體或鈣鈦礦雷射的一光電元件之中。實驗數據顯示,包含本發明之鹵化物材料的光學薄膜,其具有光致發光峰值波長可調之特徵。隨著鉛、鹵素以及甲脒之比例的提升,該光學薄膜的光致發光峰值波長係自482nm移動至534nm。同時,實驗數據還證實,包含本發明之鹵化物材料的光學薄膜係可作為一藍色發光層、一紅色發光層或一綠色發光層,顯見在光電元件具有極大的應用潛力。 【英文】 The present invention discloses a halide material, which is expressed by a formula ArMAX, and can be processed to an optical film with a halogenated formamidine and a metal halide for application in an optolectronic device like a PeLED or a perovskite laser. Experimental data have proved that, the optical film containing the halide material shows a property of PL peak wavelength adjustable. Moreover, the PL peak wavelength moves from 482nm to 534nm with the increase of content of lead, halogen and formamidine (FA) in the optical film. Exepermental data indicate that the optical film containing the halide material can be used as a blue emissive layer, a red emissive layer or a green emissive layer, thereby proving that the optical film has a significant potential for application in optoelectronics industry.
