技術說明

一種FlexRay發射器，包含一第一發射器及一第二發射器。第一發射器包含一CMOS電流鏡及一傳輸閘。傳輸閘用以根據一第一狀態編碼，決定是否使電流鏡產生一電流，以提供一正壓差給一滙流排之第一端，且同時提供一負壓差給滙流排之第二端。第二發射器包含一CMOS電流鏡及一傳輸閘。傳輸閘用以根據一第二狀態編碼，決定是否使電流鏡產生一電流，以提供一負壓差給滙流排之第一端，且同時提供一正壓差給滙流排之第二端。另揭露一種FlexRay接收器，包括一遲滯比較器、一窗口比較器及一充放電幫浦。充放電幫浦串聯窗口比較器，以消除其脈波雜訊。 The primary object of the present invention is to provide a transceiver with function of wake up detection. A transmission unit of the transceiver transmits a first differential signal and a second differential signal to a wake up detection circuit, and the wake up detection circuit outputs signals to a primary control unit so as to make an operation mode of the transceiver switch from a low power mode to a normal mode. In this invention, the operation mode of the transceiver enables to switch from the low power mode to the normal mode corresponded to various demands by the wake up detection circuit therefore lowering the power consumption.
