錐狀形鈍體噴嘴機制

有鑑於一般大眾所使用的燃燒裝置,雖有不錯的火焰強度和燃燒效率,但是對於目前所提倡節能減碳的環保意識,還有很大的進步空間。故以幾何形狀為刻有數條膛線及無膛線之倒三角錐外型鈍體,對於燃燒器的火焰流場行為加以調制,可有效控制圓盤尾流區的紊流強度,並增加中心噴流與旋噴流間的混合與散逸效率。本創作利用被動式結構,無須在混合室內加入其他裝置,用改變鈍體幾何方式,改變流體運動方向,中心噴嘴燃燒軸向動量轉變為橫向動量,而和外界相互作動,產生渦流擾動,來達到有效的混合,提高燃燒效率及降低碳氫化合物的污染。 A public-used burner has a good flame intensity and combustion efficiency at the present time. However, it still need a big improvement on promote the combustion efficiency, especially in the age of energy-saving and carbon-reducing. This patent utilized a rifled/unrifled taper bluff body to modulate the flame behavior. This mechanism was found to effectively control the turbulence intensity of the wake flow and increase the mixing rate between the central fuel jet and the annular air jet. Furthermore, this patent utilized a passive control mechanism (that is, no extra device was needed in the combustion chamber) to change the flow direction and transform the axial momentum to the tangential momentum. Additionally, this device can increase the interaction between the fuel and air, and then generate the vortex perturbation. Finally, the fuel/air mixing and the combustion efficiency were increased effectively, and therefore the hydrocarbon pollution can be reduced.
