充電裝置及其控制方法

本發明提出一種具低契約容量之電動車快速充電系統設計。本發明在電動車充電plug-in前端安裝以二次電池為基礎的電力轉換器。當以EV plug-in進行充電且所需充電功率超過電源之契約容量時,其餘不足功率的部分,將藉由電力轉換器提供二次電池之能量,以供應足額功率容量給EV plug-in使之得以快速充電。在EV plug-in閒置時段或充電功率小於電源之契約容量時,電力轉換器則在不超過用電契約容量的前提下對二次電池進行充電,直到電池電量充飽,待下次EV plug-in的使用。藉此,可使電動車充電plug-in(EV plug-in)在不提高用戶用電契約容量的情況下,亦能依照快充規格容量以EV plug-in進行電動車之充電。 此外,當電源端發生停電時,則以併聯於直流端之直交流轉換器提供二次電池之能量至備用電源,以供應停電時的緊急用電。 This invention provides a design of DC-fast-charge EV Charger Plug-in for low contract capacity. This invention proposes a power converter installed at the frond-end of the EV Plug-in. The power converter is based on the secondary battery as a power storage component. When the EV plug-in is charging and the charging power exceeds the contract capacity, the exceeding components of the charging power will be provided by the proposed power converter and the secondary battery; when the charging current is less than the contract capacity, the power required by the EV plug-in will be provided by the power grid and the secondary battery will be been charged. As a result, the users can apply DC-fast-charge EV Plug-in without increasing the users’ contract capacity. In addition, when the user’s grid terminal is black out, the secondary battery can provide power to the back-up system for emergent usage through a shunt dc/ac converter.
