而隨著發光二極體製程在磊晶、蝕刻、沉積等等的製程良率不斷的提高下，除了藉由提出不同結構的組成之外，電極圖形的設計不管是在導通電壓、發光亮度、轉換效率上皆扮演著舉足輕重的角色；其中，又以導通電壓為最關鍵。本發明係有關於一種發光二極體導通電壓檢測方法，其主要係由發光二極體電極圖形比較發光二極體導通電壓，利用該發光二極體之正電極(P型)與負電極(N型)之總長來與該發光二極體之整體面積換算比值，即能檢測出該發光二極體導通電壓之高低；藉此，以減少設計上所花費的時間，同時降低製作成本，而在其整體施行使用上更增實用功效特性者。 The present invention relates to an evaluating method of conducted voltage of a light-emitting diode (LED), which has a LED electrode configuration compared with the conducted voltage of the LED; wherein, a total length from a positive electrode (P type) to a negative electrode (N type) of the LED is compared with a total superficial measure of the LED for converting into a ratio, so as to evaluate the value of the conducted voltage of the LED. Accordingly, the taken time in this design can be decreased and the manufacturing cost also can be reduced at the same time.
