技術說明

本案係關於一種細胞代謝率檢測系統及其細胞代謝率檢測微型結構。該細胞代謝率檢測系統用以檢測複數細胞，其包括該細胞代謝率檢測微型結構以及一光學檢測手段，而該細胞代謝率檢測微型結構包括一細胞培養微陣列晶片以及一密閉作動手段。其中，該細胞培養微陣列晶片上界定有複數培養區域，該些細胞分配設置於該些培養區域上。該密閉作動手段適以接受一流體壓力，以封阻該培養區域，並藉由該光學檢測手段，測得該些細胞於一封閉狀態下之代謝率。 A cell metabolic inspection system and a cell inspection micro-structure thereof are provided. The cell metabolic inspection system is used for inspecting a plurality of cells, which includes the cell metabolic inspection micro-structure and an optical inspection means, and the cell metabolic inspection micro-structure includes a cell culture microarray chip and a sealing means. Wherein, the cell culture microarray chip defines a plurality of culture regions, and the cells are disposed on the culture regions of the cell metabolic inspection micro-structure individually. The sealing means is adapted to accept a fluid pressure to seal the culture region, and the metabolic rate of the cells in a closed status is inspected by the optical inspection means
