技術說明

混凝土為世界上應用最廣的材料，混凝土經過澆注後通常得以適當的養護。傳統的混凝土養護係使用的「外加」法如滯水法或持續灑水法等。本發明係標示一種網狀結構的兩性水膠-PAC，添加本發明之PAC水膠於水泥砂漿中，能降低水泥砂漿的水分重量損失和維持較高的內部濕度；添加本發明之PAC水膠於水泥砂漿中，亦能增加水泥砂漿的抗壓強度；再者，添加本發明之PAC水膠於水泥漿、水泥砂漿或混凝土等水泥質材料(cementitious material)中，能減少因乾縮或裂縫的產生而提昇材料的耐久性質。因此本發明之水膠–PAC為一種性能優越混凝土自養護劑。 A new amphoteric hydrogel is disclosed. The addition of this hydrogel into mortars or concrete can decrease the water loss in the mortars or concrete. Furthermore, using this hydrogel as a self-curing agent in the mortars or concrete can also improve the compressive strength; reduce the formation of cracks due to plastic shrinkage; and increase the durability of the mortars and concrete. Therefore, this hydrogel of the present invention is indeed an excellent self-curing agent of mortars and concrete. The method of fabricating this hydrogel and the mortars and concrete comprising this hydrogel are also disclosed.
