技術說明

本發明揭露一種濾波裝置與濾波電路，包括一參考電位結構、一差動傳輸結構、一接地層及一接地結構。差動傳輸結構與參考電位結構電磁耦合，包括一對傳輸導體以傳輸差動訊號，此對傳輸導體並個別與參考電位結構電磁耦合。接地層電性連接一大地電位，接地結構電性連接參考電位結構，並經由一電阻元件電性連接接地層，接地結構本身形成之一電感與參考電位結構及差動傳輸結構之電磁耦合形成一電感電容共振結構，以抑制高速電路系統的共模雜訊輻射問題。 The present invention discloses a filtering deviceand a filtering circuit comprising a reference potential structure, a differential transmission structure, a ground layer and a ground structure. The differential transmission structure forming an electromagnetic coupling with the reference potential structure comprises a pare of transmission conductors for transmitting differential signals. The transmission conductors respectively form an electromagnetic coupling with the reference potential structure. The ground layer electrically connects to a ground potential. The ground structure electrically connects to the reference potential structure and the ground layer via a resistance. A inductance formed by the ground structure itself and the electromagnetic coupling formed by the reference potential structure and the differential transmission structure form an inductance-capacitance resonant structure to suppress a common mode noise.
