技術說明

本發明提出一種使用符號迴歸分群法，以解決電子裝置之耗電行為所造成之問題，且建立一個精確的耗電量模型。為了解決非線性問題，本發明使用符號迴歸法(Eureqa)，量測的耗電量與系統資訊相合，為了解決非同步問題，依據分群法(鄰近擴散叢集)將系統資訊分成同步和非同步兩群，再者，為了解決異構性問題，本發明所建立之耗電模型只需要測試步驟的取樣資訊，免去了訓練步驟，進而能夠快速地建立耗電量模型，且因為每次量測時都可以更新耗電量模型，以及減少溫度、使用者影響及電池老化等不可預測之異構性因素所造成的錯誤率。 The present invention proposes a symbolic regresion and clustering method to solve the problems caused by power consumption behavior of electronic apparatuses and construct an accurate power consumption model. To solve nonlinearity, the present invention employs symbolic regression, Eureqa, in fitting measured power to system usage log. To solve asynchrony, system usage and log and associated total power log are further clustered into synchronous and asynchronous groups by affinity propagation clustering. To solve heterogeneity, the present invention requires sampled information form testing phase instead of training phase to construct power consumption model quickly. Since the present invention can update power consumption model in every testing, that leads to reduce an error rate caused by unpredictable heterogeneous behavior, e.g., temperature, user interaction, battery aging, and etc.
