技術說明

本發明提供一種混摻組合物，其包含幾丁聚醣及生物可分解高分子。該混摻組合物無孔洞且透光度良好，因此適於培養角膜細胞，以及做為角膜替代物。此外，該混摻組合物之厚度不大於2000微米。本發明更進一步提供一種混摻組合物做為角膜替代物的用途。本發明揭示一種利用混摻生物醫學材料系統於體外培養角膜細胞的概念，以應用於眼角膜組織工程，我們利用混合不同比例的幾丁聚醣(chitosan)及聚己內酯(polycaprolactone)，由於角膜各層細胞對於兩種生醫材料(幾丁聚醣及聚己內酯)的貼附能力不同，因此我們能控制角膜各層細胞的形狀與生長，為達到可以培養成生醫工程技術製造角膜各種細胞層之目的，進而做為人工眼角膜發展與應用之基礎。 The present invention provides a blended composition, which comprises chitosan and a biodegradable polymer. The blended composition lacks porousness and has high transmittancy. Therefore, it is suitable for corneal cell culture and corneal substitution. In addition, the present blended composition has a limitation in its thickness for less than 2000um. The present invention also provides a use of the blended composition as corneal substitute.
