本發明為一種即時二維電位顯像方法，其利用光定址電位顯像器及可程式邏輯裝置即時產生二維電位影像。當提供一啟動訊號至一發光模組並提供一第一座標資訊至該發光模組及一處理模組後，該發光模組即可產生一第一光束至一半導體層上的一第一座標；同時，提供一輸入電壓至該半導體層上。其後，於決定並決定一第一光電流數值後，將該第一光電流數值傳送至該處理模組，並透過該處理模組連結該第一座標資訊與該第一光電流數值。 關鍵字：光定址電位顯像器、可程式邏輯裝置、二維、影像、即時 Methods of real-time visualizing electric potential are provided. In the methods, LAPS and PLD cooperate to address potential photocurrent signals in real-time. More particularly, after providing an activation signal to a light emitter and a first coordinate information to both the light emitter and a microcontroller, the light emitter generates a light beam onto a first coordinate on a semiconductor; an input voltage is simultaneously providing to the semiconductor. The value of a first output photocurrent then is detected and delivered to the microcontroller.
