技術說明

本發明係關於一種用於無線植入式系統之無電容及無電阻ASK解調變器,其包含:一包絡線偵測器及一緩衝器。該包絡線偵測器用以接收ASK調變訊號,並將該ASK調變訊號之高準位及低準位分別鎖定在不同的電壓範圍,以產生與該ASK調變訊號相對應之一第一準位包絡線及一第二準位包絡線。該緩衝器具有至少二串接之反相器,用以判別該第一準位包絡線及該第二準位包絡線,以產生ASK解調變訊號。本發明用於無線植入式系統之無電容及無電阻ASK解調變器利用電晶體設計,完全不需電容及電阻,以節省晶片佈局面積及減少熱雜訊。 The invention relates to a C-less and R-less ASK demodulator for wireless implantable system. The demodulator of the invention comprises an envelope detector and a buffer. The envelope detector comprises a plurality of transistors for receiving an ASK modulation signal and locking a high level and a low level of the ASK modulation signal at different ranges so as to generate a first level envelope and a second level envelope corresponding to the ASK modulation signal. The buffer comprises at least two inventers for determining the first level envelope and the second level envelope so as to generate an ASK demodulation signal.
