技術說明

本發明提出一種雙光源鋪面檢測裝置，其包括一雙光源照明設備、一影像擷取裝置及一運算單元，該裝置可掛載於行動載具用以進行道路鋪面檢測。其雙光源照明設備將分別配置於影像擷取裝置之左右兩側並將其掛置於行動載具之上，其影像擷取方法係以單側光具提供光源並擷取第一張影像後換以另一側光具提供光源並擷取第二張影像，後將此方式所取得之影像透過運算單元進行鋪面檢測，其運算單元內嵌一演算法，該演算法係將兩張影像相減後合為單一影像，此影像將突顯鋪面不平整之處，利用行動載具之移動便可進行道路表面破損之偵測及辦識。 The present invention relates to method and device for inspecting surface, comprising: a pair of lights, each of which provides an illumination to a pavement in sequence from different angle; an image sensor acquiring a plurality of images of the pavement upon each of the illuminations; and a computing unit electrically connected with the image sensor and processing the plurality of the images by an image subtraction algorithm.
